Onsite Technical Support

A technician on site

For installations, fault attendance and technical changes that cannot be resolved remotely, ONETEC can assess the requirement and arrange the appropriate next step within its service area — either as soon as possible for a critical outage, or at a booked time.

Cabling faults, hardware replacements and equipment moves genuinely need someone in the building, but many other issues do not. We assess the requirement first and confirm what attendance is practical for the location before committing to a site visit.

How it works

From requirement to completion

  1. 1
    Describe the requirement

What needs to happen on site, at which location, and how it is affecting the business right now.

  2. 2
    Confirm what needs attendance

We check what can be handled remotely first, then confirm attendance is practical for your site and service area.

  3. 3
    Attend and complete

A technician who works on business communications equipment daily attends, completes the work and confirms it with you.
