Coral Navigator

Coral Navigator, Tadiran’s premier productivity management tool, is designed to enhance your Coral experience and communication efficiency. Navigator provides you with an intuitive, Outlook-like interface for getting the most out of your Coral system. Navigator allows you to activate telephony features directly from your computer, including making/retrieving calls, establishing conference calls, sending emails and instant messages, and sending SMS text messages to another user’s Coral FlexSet display. Navigator also allows you to manage inbound communications via rules, profiles, and buddy lists, view the current availability/busy status (presence) of other users, and create and store internal and external contact lists.

• Contacts Management – Manage your Outlook contacts, complete telephone system directory, and personal telephone lists
• Instant Messaging – Including buddy lists, screen sharing and video calls
• Manage Conferences – This visual tool allows you to add, remove or mute members from a 3-way conference or conference bridge. Navigator also supports video conferencing.
• Call Rules – Outlook-like customizable inbound call handling rules. Calls are routed to other extensions or FlexiCall numbers based on time, date, CID, etc.
• Status and Profiles – See and been seen according to system and personal status rules. Calls are routed based on profiles you associate with your statuses.·
• Call log – Provides history of activity as well as the management of recorded conversations. You can play recordings, attach them to emails, or archive them to a network drive. *Recording requires optional per- port licenses.
• Button Programming – Simplifies the customization of the programmable buttons on your Tadiran desk set. Allows you to set up features and labels based on your individual requirements using simple menus.
